Profile:

I am a very creative, determined person and an incredibly hard worker. I have a degree in textile design and I enjoy both hand embroidery as well as digital designing. I am passionate and competent in both of these fields. I have gained excellent customer service skills from previous work experience and I have learned to work well in a team and independently. I am an enthusiastic, conscientious, friendly, organised individual and I am keen to progress within the design industry, with the desire to have my own business one day.

Designers Guild Work experience at their showroom, helping customers, tidying, sorting and ironing fabrics. July 2014
Live Project International Greetings Card design live project with International Greetings. Presented work to them on two occasions, gaining their feedback. Really exciting and beneficial experience for the industry and helped for professionalism. September 2014- December 2014
Commissioned work Infamous Quests Video Game Company Commissioned to create a drawing and a knitted toy of the main character of video game for potential merchandise. August 2013 – April 2014
Exhibited work War memorial piece exhibited at Llandaff Cathedral, Cardiff and consequently interviewed for University magazine. Designed and produced a hand embroidered square for Mothers of Africa Charity Quilt. November 2013
Personal Shopper Tesco Extra Temporary position as a personal shopper and helping customers. July 2013 – September 2013
